“The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary...” (Vince Lombardi)➡People will have a different thought on what professional success looks like, along with the working steps that will need to be implemented in order to reach the success portion of their definition. ➡Professional success to me may change slightly, depending on the working needs of the task or role of course; however, the definitions that have stayed consistent, and have shown to be effective since the start of my professional training experience (approx. 12+ years), are :⭐Never compromise the natural ability to think outside of the box, even if it isn’t considered “traditional”.⭐Creating strategies to remember the passion and dedication for training and/or teaching fields is vital, as the work required to reach a goal will always have obstacles. Having pre-planned strategies such as an inspiring video, examples of past work, notes from an evaluation found to be highly effective, etc. will be handy when the moment of “hitting walls” arrives. ⭐Never stop advocating for the learner in ✨ALL✨ ages, stages, and needs, including applying Section 508 compliance policies to training materials. Advocating for the need of differentiation in learning also includes strongly supporting DEI and building relationships to understand the needs and types of materials the learners would likely do best with in order to comprehend, recall, and - most importantly- accurately apply the learning content in real time. ⭐Always keep in mind the cliché phrase: “There is no ‘I’ in TEAM”. As unoriginal as this may be, it typically IS the key in working towards success. Working as a team will strengthen the ability to see other perspectives, open the opportunity to learn from others, and can provide a safe space to brainstorm without hesitation. ➡There is a lot of information in this world that I will NEVER comprehend - as is for all. However, I know how to lead. To train. To engage. To inspire. To question. I also know how to make people smile and feel welcomed. I know how to create a safe space for all learners. I know how to differentiate the learning materials and presentations for efficiency and effectiveness. ⭐With the success definitions and the training/teaching knowledge I listed above, I seek a role in Corporate Training / Development. I look forward to working towards resolving needs for your company or your company's client(s). ➡Please reach out if you would like more information or would like a copy of my resume. ✨Wishing you beautiful moments in your day✨
