• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis and management reports for Retail, Wholesale and e-commerce departments, as well as, creating reports to analyze specific discount sales period, coupon redemptions, and employee performances• Create SAP sales order, deliveries, and export sales data and information from multiple sources such as SAP, Crystal Reporting, and KWI to create Microsoft Excel reports• Analyze regional strength in merchandise and perform inter-store transfers to maximize sales and balance inventory between retail stores• Forecast and replenish goods for all corporate stores and e-commerce for 700 SKUs by identifying needs based on sales history, seasonality and trends• Inventory support for over 40 retail stores, key wholesale accounts, e-commerce, Outlet Stores, and luxury Tourneau boutiques to optimize sales and maintain balanced inventory levels• Monitor physical stock movements from headquarters in Switzerland to warehouse, from warehouse to corporate stores, between corporate stores, as well as supporting and ensuring key wholesale accounts are delivered in a timely manner• Perform bimonthly cycle count activities and reports in coordination with operations. Communicate with all corporate store manages to investigate and provide timely resolution to inventory discrepancies
