When I'm not helping my clients achieve their health goals, I find balance and inspiration in nature. I love spending quality time outdoors, whether hiking or enjoying beach trips with my teenage son, Sebastian. It's the perfect way to recharge and connect.I am registered yoga teacher and founder of Yoga in the Triangle offering yoga and meditation for companies that help employees in-office or virtually.
