Produce and manage all aspects of the Greenway Court Theatre, a 99-seat professional theatre venue working under a year-round 99-seat AEA agreement. Produce all in-house and co-productions and manage resident companies, outside usages and single events. Conceive, produce and direct virtual and live theater productions and events. Lead all aspects of audience development, marketing, and fundraising strategies, including grant writing. Collaborate with Co-Artistic Directors on season planning, annual budgeting and strategic planning. Financial management of all aspects of theatre, including production monitoring, final reports, and settlements. Production management including timelines, personnel hiring and execution. Highlights:• Produced The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (six Ovation Award nominations), The Color Purple (seven NAACP Award nominations), Ripe Frenzy (LA Times Critics Choice), and others for Greenway Arts Alliance.• Successfully pivoted to virtual programming during the Covid-19 pandemic by launching a Twitch.tv channel and producing two spoken word festivals and a commissioned theatre-film hybrid production for the Twitch live-streaming platform.• Co-produced and managed full production residences with Artists At Play, Coeurage Theatre Company, and Not Man Apart.• Increased usage income from outside events and productions by more than 100%, and overall theatre revenue by more than 80%. • Launched a membership program to increase exposure of Greenway Court Theatre among patrons of our other programming.• Implemented new strategies in play development, including joining and serving as main delegate to National New Play Network, successfully spearheading two Rolling World Premiere productions, and conceiving and launching the LA Get Down Playwrights Group, focused on playwrights writing new hip hop and spoken word influenced plays.
