-Providing excellent customer service and support to managers and new hires from the time of offer acceptance through the first days of employment. -Arranging for company presentations, Learning Management System (LMS) courses, surveys and new employee orientations using Paycom our onboarding partner system. -Ensuring background check results are in line with government work regulations and are acceptable for the candidate to take on the position. -Collecting personal related documentation from the candidate such as I-9 paperwork, driver’s licenses, birth certificates, social security cards and passports ensuring all new employment requirements are met. -Establishing explicit regulations and staff handbooks that explain how the business works, create and send emails with company and position information, such as work hours, dress code, and parking alternatives. -Documenting contracts and non-disclosure agreements that should be gathered and processed during the hiring process. -Employees should be briefed on their initial responsibilities (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts in Paycom). -Ensuring that new hires have access to technical support in order to correctly configure their devices and applications (such as laptops/computers, iPads and cell phones).
