I’m Tiffany Capobianco, a Certified Nutrition Consultant and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner specializing in food sensitivities, autoimmune management, and digestive health, I am also a future Physician Assistant! Beginning in January 2024, I will be a student in the Physician Assistant program at Yale University (Yale PA Online). This is a 28-month program, that includes 16 months of clinical rotations which are coordinated in hospitals and clinics in my hometown! I'm grateful to be part of the prestigious Yale University family and to continue to provide quality care in my area, the Greater Coachella Valley. In my private nutrition practice, I apply a functional nutrition approach to my clientele- men, women, teens, and kids! I provide support through private consulting sessions via phone, Skype, or in-person for those local to the Coachella Valley, CA (Palm Desert area).My nutrition philosophy is one that looks at the whole person. Not only on dietary intakes and supplements; but a lifestyle, prevention, mindset, and application of natural therapies. I work closely with various wellness providers from acupuncturists to MDs and NDs to form a healing team that addresses the needs of the whole person.I am a regular columnist for Desert Health® News, an on-air expert for KESQ and KMIR News, and a sought-after speaker and health educator. TI’m a true believer in continuing education and each year participate in several conferences and seminars that focus on functional medicine, autoimmunity, and holistic nutrition.My StoryI was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease several years ago. This ignited my desire for an education in nutrition and functional medicine. Successfully finding the root cause of my own ailments allowed me to recover, manage, and take control of my health. Today I am thrilled to be able to guide others to do the same. I feel great fulfillment working with individuals at all stages of their wellness journey.
