- Performed training runs of Pytorch’s torchtune recipes on Llama 3 8B model on single-GPU server and multi-GPU server.- Tracked and recorded runs’ tokens/sec and losses using WandB and config each runs for different datasets, epochs,learning rate, batch size, etc.- JIT-compiled PyTorch code into optimized kernels by applying torch.compile to recipes.- Printed triton code and profiled a forward and backward pass for each training step of every run to further improvetraining speed using triton.

- Started the first Vietnam SWENext branch to empower women in the field of STEM. - Worked with Co-chair of Outreach of SWE San Diego, Dr. Tracy Nguyen. - Connected and collaborated with the first and only First Robotics Challenge (FRC) team in Vietnam – Team 6520 Gart Robotics

- Persuaded passionate peers to start the first FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team in Vietnam by providing training and mentoring sessions online to recruit 10 members from over 60 applicants and build a robot to compete- Helped team utilize resources by connecting to local companies for sponsorship and a local FRC team to share workshops.

- Overcame the limited budget and resources challenge by leading the team to build a robot that became one of the top 8 alliance teams in 2 regional competitions. - Formed match strategies by collecting and analyzing competitors’ data, which was also used for alliance team selection.

-Led team through the pandemic by hosting online training sessions and offline distance-controlled meetings to build robots and compete in 2 competitions- In 3 years from pandemic, enhanced community impact through online and offline workshops and training sessions, resulted in over 5,700 hours of serviceswith 24 teams mentored from 12 countries.

- Joined workshops and webinars to learn more about female involvement and leadership in STEM. - Worked with other peers for the Finding My Strength subteam to create social media posts, quizzes, and stories to help others find their potential and strengths to focus on developing and improving them. - Advocate for women's leadership in STEM and spread the word about the Miss CEO organization.

- Improved entrepreneurial competition experience throughout the season by hosting information & and training sessions and judging panels to help over 5,000 participants around the world.- Hosted online connection sessions and created a Discord server for over 5,000 global participants to connect and socialize. - Serve as a key player on an international youth entrepreneurship team to support the world’s top-rated entrepreneurship competition for high school students, the Diamond Challenge.- Increase awareness of the Diamond Challenge around the world and provide support and resources to ensure the impact of entrepreneurship education is maximized.

- Developed relationships with school administration and parents to rebuild trust and repair a tarnished club reputation, leading to over $20,000 raised annually for 4 robotics teams.- Expanded the club's influence by recruiting one more community team and collaborating with women’s advocacy organizations like the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and Miss CEO to launch women's empowering events.

- Worked with global translators using professional translation application SmartCat and online platform to translate a document about how an extinct language was revived.
