As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, my role was instrumental in ultimately taking the organization from 12 staff in NC to 36 staff nationwide, broadening the mission from research only to also provide nationwide patient support programs and increasing the organization's revenue budget from $5M to $10M; highlights of my achievements are below:Developed & successfully executed plan to expand operational capacity from one national office to a nationwide footprint through infrastructure development, field staff expansion, volunteer committees, remote operations and creating centralized servicesFacilitated the acquisition of the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children ($1M annual revenue), Vs.
