• Created franchise in 2014 called “Tell Tiffany” that helped consumers who were ripped off. We helped them get refunds and a resolution when they couldn’t on their own. I won an Emmy award in 2017 for helping a man get his truck out of the shop after a mechanic kept it for months. • My Facebook and Twitter content were constantly in the Top 5 most viewed/most engaged of approximately 30 employees that were monitored. • I was the face and copy editor of a morning segment called the “Money Minute.” We tapped into the most talked about consumer news and it became so popular it became an advertiser sponsored segment. • We did a weekly product-testing series called “Worth It?” that gained popularity. We decided to start a YouTube channel to offer even more content and the stories were picked up by other stations in our company. • Delivered large, breaking news stories by effectively partnering with colleagues to quickly disseminate updates and managed external relationships by providing guidance and direction as a media spokesperson.

• Researched, prepared, drafted, and reported daily stories for live television and updated station website by provided up-to-the-minute information on social media platforms to engage viewers as well as established and maintained relationships with credible sources with a focus on preserving individual confidentiality.

• Produced and reported on a series of stories about economic development in South Alabama that played on a loop in a monitor at the airport. Visitors to Mobile could see the impact that Airbus and ThyssenKrupp had on the economy. The material was a combination of local stories and visits to various European countries to showcase what the companies do. • Memorable and popular series with viewers involved alternative ways to get to work without buying gas in the summer of 2008. • Embedded reporter with an Army Reserve Unit from Alabama as they headed to Kuwait and Iraq. We trained with them and made the journey with them to the Middle East.

• Storytelling skills and connecting with viewers was born from my time in Birmingham• Favorite story: It was about a woman who was widowed and desperately wanted to find the videotape of her wedding that she accidentally left in a VCR that was sold at a garage sale. The story went viral before that was an everyday term within days and we helped find the tape. • Part of award-winning coverage of a deadly tornado that tore through Tuscaloosa. We spent weeks covering the aftermath. My stories involved the injured at local hospitals and teddy bears that the Red Cross handed out to victims.
