The Unstuck Group helps churches grow their impact through consulting and coaching experiences designed to focus vision, strategy and action. I lead the team responsible for overall communications strategy, including in-bound marketing and sales strategy, brand, social media, public relations, SEO, SEM and SMM, lead generation, and client communication. I serve on the company's leadership team, manage The Unstuck Group's internship program, and manage a team of contractors to help us get lots done with a small team.

I worked under the FUSE Student Ministry staff and gained experience planning services, which involved a lot of creative planning and implemented a variety of media and music. I was also involved in planning events, most notably a The Gauntlet, a student conference attended by more than 600 middle and high school students in Panama City Beach, FL. Ethical standards and accountability were highly stressed expectations of all employees at this job.
