As a current student pursuing a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Kennesaw State University, I leverage over 6 years of invaluable experience in project management. My background includes managing complex heavy industrial construction projects and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) construction projects. I am presently engaged in impactful research with the Kennesaw State University Research Department, where I am delving into the motivations behind the hesitation of younger generations to donate blood and developing strategies to mitigate donation-related anxiety. Leveraging the invaluable ISYE (Industrial and Systems Engineering) skills I've acquired as a student, I am actively applying analytical methodologies to unravel complex socio-economic dynamics and create actionable insights that drive meaningful change.I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to harness my diverse skill set in ISYE (Industrial and Systems Engineering), construction, and project management to drive meaningful impact in the world!
