I'm a highly motivated, global health, nutrition, & research professional with 20+ years of varied experience. Very proactive, I work well in stressful situations and with varying populations and personalities. I excel at written and verbal communication, as well as program management and evidence-based healthcare. I enjoy leadership, mentoring, and working collaboratively to leverage strengths. I've worked extensively with major players in the global health community, including Cochrane, CDC, WHO, UNICEF, GAIN, Nutrition International, Emory University, and World Food Programme. Fluent Spanish speaker.In my "Tiffany" time (I wouldn't call it spare!), I volunteer for climate Initiatives, women & children's rights groups, with the LA unhoused population, and for my children's many activities. I love sports and swim competitively with the USA Masters Team, as well as dabble in triathlons and frequent the gym. Currently located in Los Angeles, California, I enjoy my family, the beach, and the sunshine (and wine and chocolate).Regions: I've lived and worked in South Africa, Mexico, Colombia and the US, and have participated in and managed projects and initiatives in many other countries in Africa, SE Asia, Eastern Europe, and Central and South America. In my position at Cochrane I oversee 143 affiliate groups in 54 countries and founded/lead a Global Health Equity Mentoring program that has served 100 mentees from 43 countries to date.
