Working directly with the Marketing Director/Co-founder, I was responsible for all social media communication amongst various platforms including: Google/Yelp Reviews, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, as well as the 24/7 customer experience email for all 12 restaurants. Through collaboration with local photographers, influencers, and other local brands/restaurants, I was able to source content and develop social media campaigns to create engagement through posts, contests, and app giveaways. A key driver was also building engagement within the mobile app.

As my first full-time role after graduation, I was able to leverage my marketing and sales background in developing entire campaigns to recruit talent for restaurants opening in new markets. The focus was was mainly specialized in prospecting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding an entire team of over 1000 hrs between management and staff. On the front end, I worked directly with marketing to help create messaging for recruitment, and help analyze job posting performances. The recruitment process included phone and in-person interviews, as well as research in order to qualify candidates. Close coordination with Operations was required to help set new hires up with onboarding and training practices.During this time, I recruited staff for the opening of restaurants in Clifton, Toledo and Beavercreek. I also supported 10 other existing restaurants across Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton with on-going recruitment needs.
