Tiffanye S. Wesley is a Deputy Fire Chief and 30 year veteran at Arlington County Fire Department, where she oversees the Support Services Division. She is also a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Teacher, Trainer and Coach, who inspires and equips leaders and organizations with the tools and strategies to lead with integrity and respect. With 30 years of experience in the fire service, Tiffanye has held various positions, including Nationally Certified Bomb Technician and Bomb Commander, and Station Commander for the busiest firehouse in Arlington. She is the first woman to achieve the rank of Deputy Fire Chief in the department's 80-year history. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Columbia Southern University, and is pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership from the same institution. She is also an author and a featured speaker in the book anthology and documentary No More Chains, where she shares her story of overcoming challenges and breaking barriers.
