I worked on a climate action plan for the Town of Lincoln with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council and was involved in all stages of the process, from stakeholder mapping and focus group operations to strategy evaluation, data analysis and final report drafting. In this capacity, I also created a report framework and recommendations for watershed management in Massachusetts and prepared case studies for MAPC's grant initiative on accelerating climate resiliency through nature-based solutions.

Furthermore, I was the Berkeley liaison to the University of Chicago and Rhodium Group, institutional partners under the Climate Impact Lab umbrella. As a research assistant, I contributed to several projects, including a paper on COVID-19 that was published in Nature (2020).

I researched proposed large-scale solar farms in Tompkins County, attended town hall meetings, and also drafted fact sheets on home energy efficiency and tabled at educational events throughout the Southern Tier region. Lastly, I wrote an independent research paper on federal energy policy with an emphasis on the Clean Power Plan and how it compared to statewide initiatives in New York, Massachusetts, and California.

As an intern in the Office of Strategic Environmental Management at EPA’s Federal Triangle headquarters, I researched environmental policies and regulations, drafted documents presented at cross-agency meetings, tracked legislative bills, and compiled information on stakeholders.
