While my day may consist of analytics, managing online program support, and understanding user experience, it’s much more about cultivating a community of people who learn and thrive together. I love engaging with my team, colleagues, and customers on how we can connect better together. That drive has led to the creation of hundreds of learning experiences, leadership opportunities, and online and on-site collaborative events that have enhanced the community experience.I particularly enjoy exploring new possibilities to help more team members achieve their goals. I’m constantly looking to improve systems and influence business decisions that ensure maximum gains in our team learning and operations. I leverage solid project management practices ensuring project deliverables are aligned with services and programs. My strengths are being an optimistic people builder.
