Tiffany (Garcia) Morales has worked in the telecommunications industry for over fourteen years. Her career has included working for Verizon, and Frontier Communications, in different positions related to technical support for wireless and FIOS. She received a certificate in Web Design, an Associates' Degree in Computer Information Technology: User Support & Help Desk, and getting CompTia A+ certified before going on for her Bachelors degree in Technology Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Along the way she has been recognized on the Dean's List, the National Dean's List, and been awarded a scholarship to DeVry through the Phi Theta Kappa Society.She graduated from Keller School of Management with a Master's degree in Networking & Communication Management with a 3.98 GPA. Her current position is at Motorola Solutions, in the law enforcement section of Video Security & Analytics, as a Sr. Analyst II Knowledge Management for Mobile Video products. Her previous roles at the company were: Technical Support Manager, Technical Support Supervisor, Analyst in Customer Support & Development and System Technologist III with the company.
