✨ I have been interested in technology for as long as I can remember. I have work around technology for years in sales, marketing, or programs but never really a part of making the secret sauce. I began learning about Scrum in 2018 and haven't stopped. I am now a part of that technology world I so admire. ✨ 🧑‍💻 As an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I), I understand the importance of paying close attention to detail, collaboration, and great interpersonal skills. I am a servant leader passionate about quality, motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Experience with meeting deadlines, multitasking and implementing strategies for success. Having experienced a variety of product life cycles, project management constructs, and relationship management styles, I bring real world experience, Scrum evangelism, and practical acumen to create hybrid solutions in the Scrum process.📚 I pride myself on my initiative, as it is something I am continuously working on in my current role. I help software development teams achieve their goals as high performing teams, all while creating a culture of self-organization and continued improvement, consistent delivery of a shippable product, and provide leadership for Agile projects. I ensure clear communication and organization of the team, coach development team members in all aspects of the standard Agile/Scrum process, within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework as well as Scrum and Scrumban.
