• Partnered with a Houston-based EPC company to support an initiative identified as “Project Execution Innovation”. Led the Robotic Process Automation workstream through two phases: a feasibility assessment and proof of concept (design/build/development) for two use cases. The business functions owning the use cases were Finance - Accounts Payable and Supply Chain Management - Purchasing. The RPA tool used was Automation Anywhere.• Engaged by a Houston-based EPCI company to bring structure and global standardization to the organization’s supply chain processes. Led this 22-week process compliance initiative and scaled for successful global deployment and implementation. A significant element of change was shifting the employees to a business process management mindset as opposed to extensive procedures.• Led an eight-week assessment at a northeast public utility of the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) and the business PMO’s in response to an external audit. Played a key role in the development of enterprise-wide capital project standards and templates and a Capital Project Playbook. Was integral in the identification of consistent (and integrated) EPPM tools and systems across the organization; including development of an EPPM strategy.• Engaged with a Houston-based EPC firm to assess the project delivery processes, procedures and technologies across seven capabilities (Project Governance, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Reporting, Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Document and Data Management). Led this multi-year engagement demonstrating ability to work with senior leadership with differing priorities and construct a resolution valued by all.

Houston Innovation Hub Sales Development • Managed sales pipeline, responsible for proposal and content development, documented the Innovation Hub’s end-to-end process for all functions, developed consistent tool for pricing Hub opportunities, created qualifications/credentials, resume and skills libraries; supported content development for projects and operations.Houston People Council (HPC) Experienced Hire Buddy Program Lead • As part of the HPC, the Assimilation Committee set a goal to improve the retention of experienced hires through deployment of an Exp Hire Buddy Program. Mrs. LaFleur was selected to lead, organize & deploy this program. The Program has 2 objectives: provide peer-to-peer engagement enabling at-level collaboration; increase retention while also providing a network, one that can help them find where they fit in the firm & understand the company’s culture.Houston Exponential (HX) Accenture (ACN) Ambassador Program • HX is a non-profit organization designed to bolster Houston’s innovation ecosystem. HX identified 14 initiatives to drive innovation in Houston including: create Innovation Districts around Tech & Life Sciences, recruit Anchor Hi-tech firms to Houston, develop Thematic Focus areas for local ventures & more. This program is an ACN volunteer program; Ambassadors work closely with initiative committee chairs (successful entrepreneurs & innovation leaders in Houston) in the development of Houston’s innovation ecosystem. • Provided a midstream company with program and project management oversight and governance for multiple project integration strategy work streams, with specific focus on the Enterprise Applications and IT Security components of this strategy. Defined specific scopes and related audit steps for each project management functional area based on the project's timeline and identified control points.• Provided Quality Control and Quality Assurance Support in a Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure Study for an extensive system of natural gas pipelines in California. Played an active role in maintaining quality standards for all Vendors and recommended process changes in the data validation efforts.

Prepared technical design reports as part of formal bid proposal. • Performed and analyzed 100-Year Hurricane, 10-Year Winter Storm, Crane Operations, Loadout and Transportation simulations in SACS for the design of primary, intermediate, and tertiary steel. • Executed and completed plate buckling, plate girder stiffeners, joint detail design, ring stiffener design, drilling rig loads/reactions, dropped object impact, padeye design and high pressure drilling riser analyses. • Prepared technical design reports as part of formal bid proposal. • Verified structural weights by calculating material take-offs, including weight audits and VERSABAR deck weighing.
