Led the Robotic Process Automation workstream through two phases: a feasibility assessment and proof of concept (design/build/development) for two use cases. The business functions owning the use cases were Finance - Accounts Payable and Supply Chain Management - Purchasing. The RPA tool used was Automation Anywhere.• Engaged by a Houston-based EPCI company to bring structure and global standardization to the organization’s supply chain processes. Led this 22-week process compliance initiative and scaled for successful global deployment and implementation. A significant element of change was shifting the employees to a business process management mindset as opposed to extensive procedures.• Led an eight-week assessment at a northeast public utility of the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) and the business PMO’s in response to an external audit. Played a key role in the development of enterprise-wide capital project standards and templates and a Capital Project Playbook. Was integral in the identification of consistent (and integrated) EPPM tools and systems across the organization; including development of an EPPM strategy.• Engaged with a Houston-based EPC firm to assess the project delivery processes, procedures and technologies across seven capabilities (Project Governance, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Reporting, Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Document and Data Management).
