This merger occurred in October 2020.I am a Solution Consultant for Workforce TeleStaff and I implement solutions for industries such as public sector, energy, and transportation. I analyze customers’ staffing policies and procedures to implement automated staffing solutions using TeleStaff. I gather business objectives and requirements from stakeholders to drive engagements to Go-Live. I installed and configured new builds for North America's Functional Verification Team of our product IBM Case Manager (ICM). I performed daily build verification tests (BVT) on various browsers and tablets to supplement regression testing. If I found defects in our product, I submitted them to ICM Development team and verified their fixes using IBM Rational Team Concert. I maintained virtual machines (Windows Servers, RedHat Linux, IBM AIX) to support team testing and troubleshot server issues and ICM installation/configuration errors. I also maintained the databases (MSSQL, DB2, Oracle) and application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic) connected to the ICM virtual machines. I worked in an agile testing environment and participated in the shipments of ICM 5.1, 5.1.1, 5.2, and 5.2.1 GA/Fix Packs. I also participated in the team's effort to automate ICM installation, configuration, and testing using Python, Java, and Jenkins.

Test case development is done by analyzing client requirements and creating test scenarios for functions, making sure that all possible inputs lead to an output. Test procedure development is done by taking the scenarios and writing test scripts that integrate the software into the hardware side using an ATE (automatic test equipment). Projects include software verification for data concentrator unit for clients such as Rockwell Collins and Boeing.
