Amazon’s Social Responsibility team embeds respect for human rights throughout our business activities and relationships. As the Worker Voice lead for WW Operations, I collaborated with stakeholders globally to expand Worker Voice into our global operations. Achievements and projects implemented: -Developed strategy to expand Worker Voice into WWOps.-Led project to provide overview of worker voice in WWOps for third-party workers to inform internal strategies. Scope of project included internal landscape mapping of existing tools and focus group discussions with workers in MENA, EU, and NA.-Developed Grievance Mechanism toolkit as a self-service tool for stakeholders.-Collaborated cross-functionally and globally with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen worker voice program

The Lantern Project focuses on ending sexual exploitation in communities by changing culture through prevention, intervention, and transformation. The overall scope of my role was to manage the Development Team, consisting of four Software Development Engineers, provide quarterly stakeholder reporting, and increase sales and product adoption.Achievements and projects implemented:-Created a payment tracking mechanism that provided visibility into account statuses and payments. Met with clients that had outstanding balances and brought accounts current.-Transitioned our CRM to Salesforce and developed a customized app for Freedom Signal to track leads, sales, payments, and manage client files.-Functioned as the Freedom Signal Account Manager and increase sales, provide customer support, training, and increased customer retention.-Exhibited leadership by providing the team with guidance regarding project planning and prioritization of software upgrades/changes.-Met with strategic external partners and established future partnerships to support survivors of sexual exploitation and fight human trafficking.-Once the organization was set to dissolve, I created a sales package for Freedom Signal that included financial reports, potential future strategies with SWOT analysis, and transition plan. I presented it to potential buyers, which led to securing a buyer.

The Department of Human Services Child Welfare program engages children, families, foster parents, and caregivers to achieve safety, permanency, and well-being of Oregon’s children. As a Caseworker, I ensured children were safe, worked to preserve family unity, and worked towards permanency for Oregon's children.-I worked with ten families and developed and implemented multifaceted strategies that built on the family’s strengths and addressed concerns. I utilized motivational interviewing, de-escalation, empathy, writing, prioritization, relationship management, and trauma-informed case management.-I met with families regularly, wrote case narratives and reports, tracked client interactions, scheduledappointments, coordinated schedules, provided transportation, attended meetings, and interpreted and applied laws, rules, and guidelines for each case.

REST is a nonprofit that provides pathways to freedom, safety, and hope for commercially sexually exploited individuals. In 2020, REST was awarded a three-year federal grant to launch the REST Economic and Leadership Empowerment Academy, which was intended to equip survivors to obtain and maintain employment in order to build economic self-sufficiency. I was promoted from Community Advocate to Academy Coordinator and tasked to develop, launch, and program manage the REST Academy.-Designed the program from inception to implementation. The complete program included four tracks: six-weeks of job training, a six-week paid internship, monthly leadership workshops, and employment support.-Developed community partnerships to secure internship opportunities for participants and partnered with community survivors that taught monthly leadership workshops.-Hired and supervised the Employment Specialist who provided one-on-one employment support to participants.-I created the application and interviewing process to determine admission and graduation requirements for the Job Readiness and Internship Program.-Developed an academy program tracking mechanism to gauge progress and volunteers.-I managed the program’s day-to-day operations, which included recruiting, onboarding, and training participants, volunteers, and facilitators. In addition, I developed the curriculum, facilitated workshops, supervised volunteers and support staff, and managed performance data, under organizational and federal grant requirements.

-I was responsible for building trusting relationships with individuals involved in the sex trade and provided access to resources that helped them develop and achieve self-identified goals.-Created sustainable plans using strengths-based, trauma informed care, and motivational interviewing.-Co-facilitated REST’s quarterly REST Training Days and educated the community on the prevalence of sex trafficking and ways to engage.-Managed client information, collected data, and created reports using Apricot, Excel, Google Drive, and government databases.

TMD Assistants is a virtual business created to support small business owners with administrative and marketing support. As CEO, I focused on business development and managed projects from start to finish to ensure clients reached their sales and operation goals.-I updated and edited employee handbooks and wrote FAQs, Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, and SOPs for businesses.-Conducted research and wrote blog content, managed social media, developed marketing content, collected and analyzed data, and edited and contributed to course curriculum.

PayneWest Insurance is ranked one of the top 50 independent insurance agencies in the country. As an Account Manager, I was responsible for ensuring a smooth client experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients.-Managed books of business for three Sales Executives with businesses ranging from 2-150 employees.-Collected client and product data, provided customers with insurance coverage analysis, and maintained up-to-date records.-I developed marketing and educational materials and participated in a peer review team for processimprovement.

Liberty Mutual Surety is the second largest Surety in the United States and one of the largest worldwide. As a Surety Underwriting Assistant, I provided underwriting support to the Underwriting team and serviced internal and external customers.-I supported five books of business, spanning the Pacific Northwest, and managed three separate in-house CRM systems.-Participated in test groups for process improvements and testing of newly developed inhouse data management system, before its implementation nationwide.

Youth With A Mission is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups, and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving others around the world. As a Program Coordinator, I was responsible for planning and executing engaging life-changing mission experiences for students and ensuring our programs ran efficiently, on time, and on budget. I managed volunteers and delegated responsibilities so that program needs were met.-I organized curriculum, booked speakers, and coordinated domestic and international community development trips for groups up to twenty four people.-I created a promotional tour across four states to recruit new students and staff.-I cold called over 500 leads in the Northwest and coordinated a promotional event at a large music festival in Washington State.
