The Marketing Store is a global customer engagement agency.I grew my design practice by working on the creative team for the award-winning T-Mobile Tuesdays app, with my work seen by ~30 Million users. As part of an agency creative department, I also gained art direction experience collaborating on animation, video and photography projects. T-Mobile Tuesdays provided experience in communicating brand identities through its many partnerships with T-Mobile internal departments as well as major brands like Dunkin’, Burger King, Taco Bell, MLB, and Adidas and fundraising campaigns with non-profit partners like The Nature Conservancy and Feeding America. I was promoted from Associate Designer to Designer and given progressively more complex design and team responsibilities. I continued working as a freelance designer upon moving to California.Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments: * Managed the visual design for weekly updates to the T-Mobile Tuesdays app * Designed and exported 100+ pixel perfect design assets each week for upload to the CMS * Lead effort to implement new content management and design workflow tools for the app (Abstract, ContentSync, and design libraries) * Collaborated with the UX team to ideate and develop wireframes and high-fidelity user flows for future features of the app* Created high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for user testing and teaser animations for use in the live app* Managed the asset design and CMS for interactive games and polling through Cataboom Games and Jebbit Polling* Assisted in the development and management of the Atomic style guide for the app * Searched for, purchased and retouched stock images for use in campaigns* Presented and discussed my designs to high level stakeholders at both the agency and client level

I expanded my UX, visual design and interactive design skills. I worked on a team of designers to create UI designs for mobile and desktop platforms. I conducted research, performed user testing and consulted with clients on visual design. With this foundation, I created wireframes, style tiles, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, animations and style guides for clients including: #BUILTBYGIRLS is a mentoring network for young girls interested in a career in tech. Their WAVE platform matches girls with top tech professionals for a one-year program. I designed high fidelity screens and a prototype for WAVE onboarding. I also delivered a style guide for future WAVE expansion.Cora Home is a home furnishings platform that uses AI to read images and search websites for matching items. With my team, I created a user flow and wireframes for their initial product design. I expanded on that work to deliver high fidelity screens, a prototype, animations and brand style guide.

Freelance Communications Specialist, 2012–2013I managed internal email campaigns to franchised hotels in the Hilton WorldWide family. I created an information database system that allowed the brand team to easily identify which Hilton properties should receive a communication. From there, I handled the visual design, launch and tracking of each campaign.Administrative Assistant, 2011–2012I designed PDF forms and worked with a developer to create online forms to help streamline processes and eliminate paper usage. I created the visual design for all team presentation decks and created graphics for internal email campaigns.
