Having worked in the legal industry and successfully managed community-based reform efforts, Tiffany has earned a reputation as a powerful advocate for equity and racial justice. Her advocacy is deeply rooted in personal experiences, fueling a passion and purpose for this work that is unmatched.Currently, Tiffany serves as the first Chief Equity and Implementation Officer for the City of Lexington, tasked with implementing recommendations from the Mayor’s Commission on Race, Justice, and Equity, operationalizing equity throughout government, and working with stakeholders to ensure that everyone has resources, opportunity, investment and access they need to thrive in Lexington.Prior to this role, she championed equity through a racial and social justice lens at the Center for Social Justice within the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio.
