The Higher Logic Customer Advisor serves as customers' first point of contact throughout the Customer Journey, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal. Customer Advisor's foster deep relationships with their customers, understanding their business goals and needs, acting as a customer advocate and delivering solutions that meet their challenges. The Customer Advisor drives adoption of the feature and function usage of Higher Logic’s products to gain the most value to their business.Primary duties include: • Provide personalized support to customers, including navigating programs and software, resolving complaints, and identifying areas for growth and improvement.• Collaborate with team members to create training courses and educational materials that meet customer needs.• Proactively identify solutions to customer challenges and assist with risk management planning to prevent dissatisfaction or lost business.• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while facilitating workflow among project team members.• Upsell products and services while promoting brand value through exceptional customer experiences.• Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and achieve annual renewal and retention goals.
