With extensive experience in product development, team management, process improvement, organizational development, and regulatory compliance, I bring a unique blend of expertise to the table. My tenure as a technical advisory board member and CTO at LuftCar, coupled with leadership roles at Elbit Systems of America and Honeywell Aerospace, has given me with a deep understanding of product design and development. My career is marked by a commitment to leveraging technology to drive growth and efficiency.My achievements include transforming the engineering organization and developing organic product development capability to support doubling company revenues from $750M to $1.6B at Elbit Systems of America by. This included growing the engineering team from 150 to 400 engineers, and establishing a new algorithm/AI/machine learning department and Cyber engineering department. Additionally, my leadership has been recognized in professional associations such as the Society of Women Engineers and the Vertical Flight Society, reflecting my dedication to both professional excellence and community involvement.I lived in Shanghai from 2010 to 2014 with my family to be part of the rapid growth of aerospace in China and participate firsthand. I enjoy the adventures of daily life in a different culture and helping drive my organization to adapt and be successful in this unique business environment.I am excited to be working in the eVTOL space and bringing hydrogen technology to this market.
