Tiffany is an experienced Regulatory Compliance, Business Operation Technical Advisor, Finance & Accounting Process Designer for pre-opening and improvements with sharp 10 years consulting track record. She started the practice as Tax Consultant in world’s top tier Public Accounting Firm, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and continued to practice as Tax Counsel in Citibank Indonesia Headquarter. Within the practice in global firms for 6 years, she managed to execute more than 90 projects for 40 corporate clients listed as global and multi-national whose operate across the globe.Using her consulting experience, Tiffany leads Gema Consult as Director to assist Clients to grow with having the reports ready to be used to fulfill company’s objective both for medium and long terms purposes. Tiffany has been handling PMAs, domestic investments, individual/venture capitals, and other business structures to assist financial and tax reporting, business and finance advisory, finance and operation improvements, diagnostic review and audit, and other tailor-made projects.Tiffany selects and applies the most suitable strategy, approach, business procedure, document storing standard, and technology implementation – differently each for micro, small, medium, and large business/enterprise. Client’s operation standard and finance reports has been produced to achieve cost savings, profit oriented, bankable, auditable, compliant, yet efficient and practical in the preparation.Her expertise in tourism business practice was obtained started from 2016, where she was working in Bumantara Group and a private financial advisory firm in Bali subsequently.
