I managed customer's electronic claim transmissions and successful revenue turnaround for medical practices, hospital groups, and billing services. Working with multiple clearinghouses across the country including UHIN, as well as working directly with federal, state, and commercial payers.My years of experience working with the ASC X12 transactions has assisted me in serving clientele during the transition to Version 5010 of the ASC X12 transactions, and has also served me well for the transition to ICD-10 in October 2015. As the project manager over these transitions, I enjoyed coordinating the efforts between multiple teams within Med USA and facilitating the ASC X12 transaction testing with payers and clearinghouses.In addition to my involvement with the UHIN Standards Committee, I have also attended National WEDI Conferences as well as ASC X12 Standing Meetings. With my years of expertise in EDI, I’m able to oversee our customer’s claim transmissions and the successful processing of those essential claims submitted.

I actively participated in the UHIN Standards Committee and completed a 2-year term serving as the chair of this committee. I also served as a member of the UHIN Board of Directors during this time.
