Assisted a team of 6 Senior Estate Planners with processing of paperwork for various retirement products. Worked directly with clients from inception to completion of the entire process which included completing and processing applications, liquidation of assets, suitability review and scheduling and delivering of the policies once issued. Assisted client with servicing their policies including withdrawals, distributions, answering tax related questions and by way of providing general client support. Coordinated and conducted seminars concerning Living Trusts all around the Phoenix Metropolitan, which led to a 27% growth for 2015-2016. Provided settlement services to families of those who have passed by helping to settle the Living Trust. Facilitated paperwork with all of the financial institutions where the assets were held. Guided the heirs through the settlement process from start to finish allowing them to focus on grieving while I waded through process and procedures avoiding deadlines that could impose tax implications if otherwise done in an untimely manner.

Created strategies to expand existing clients and to gain referrals. Interacted with existing clients and demonstrated services and products that would upgrade their existing accounts. Performed live web-based demos showcasing service and product features for individuals, and large groups. Provided live web-based training for new and existing clients. Identified potential upgrade leads, and worked with the Director of Business Development in upgrading each client. Administered the CRM system, Salesforce. Created and developed Salesforce Applications. Built strategy for incoming leads, and how to utilize Salesforce to increase potential opportunities. Collaborated on a small team to create an overall strategy for new media & social media development. Initiated and executed a focused strategy for all social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter & Youtube. Monitored and shared the company blog via various new media outlets. Interacted and engaged with potential clients via various social media networks. Created and co-wrote commercials with a viral focus. Setup and created company Facebook page. Managed the HR function. Human Resources Facilitator: Co-managed the HR function for a leading premiere media company with over 500 employees, reporting directly to the Vice-President. Strategically created new policies and procedures to align with budget cuts, organizational growth and industry competitive edge. Created a new online performance benchmarking system that streamlined efforts in measuring work performance. Directed employee orientation and training programs on a monthly basis for new hires and continuing employees. Conducted sexual harassment training for both management and non-management levels. Created and revised employee handbooks along side the in-house legal team. Coordinated and directed major company events, including holiday galas, benefits seminars, meetings, etc. Sourced, interviewed and recruited candidates for all levels of employment. Conducted extensive background screening on potential candidates. Counseled employees on a variety of issues. Re-evaluated benefits programs and identified the best fit for our employees. Developed up-to-date job descriptions and an extensive organizational chart for all positions within the company. Created an internship and apprenticeship program that reduced employment costs while increasing work output. Project Manager for implementing and creating a careers section for our company webpage. Re-staffed a failing sales force with experienced and professional sales personnel. Coordinated with payroll department on managing and collecting employee time sheets.Executed events for Investor's Business Daily's four-tier educational series on how to make money in the stock market. Created a pipeline of candidates for future forecasted openings that corresponded with projected company growth. Sourced, contacted, interviewed and screened potential candidates. Made hiring recommendations to department managers.

Developed recruitment campaigns that targeted local and nationwide executive searches for technical and specialty talent. Sourced, networked, and conducted full-cycle recruitment. Organized and ran recruitment for outside companies while developing in house capabilities.
