With over 20 years of work experience in facility and operations management, I am currently the Regional Manager at Redbox, where I oversee more than 10,000 kiosks across CA, NV, AZ, NM, TX, SD, MT, TX, KS, MO, AR, OK, and LA. I am responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with landlords and vendors, and ensuring the quality and profitability of our services. I have successfully increased the revenue and market share of my region by 15% in the last year, thanks to the collaboration and support of my team of 12 district managers and 120 field employees. I have also implemented several initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Before joining Redbox in 2007, I was the Facility Manager and Lab Instructor at Western Technical College, where I managed the maintenance and security of the campus buildings, and taught courses on electrical and mechanical systems. I also have a background in the US Navy, where I served as a Builder for nine years, and gained valuable skills in construction, project management, and leadership. I hold a Master's degree in Metaphysical Studies from the University of Sedona, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Metaphysics. I am passionate about exploring the connections between the physical and the spiritual realms, and how they can enhance our personal and professional growth. I also enjoy volunteering for various causes, such as environmental protection, animal welfare, and veterans' support.
