•Recruit new employees, orientate new hires, and manage field employees.•Brand company through website development, social media, and marketing materials.•Create and Standardize HR department; write employee manual, training manuals, IT asset tracking, expense reports, and team-building activities.•Standardize construction deliverables, templates and internal processes. •Manage back of the office functions for 10+ projects; assist with take-off and bidding process, write Contractor to Subcontractor Contracts, collect COIs and Lien Waivers, prepare AIA Pay Applications using UDA Construction Software, correspond with Owner’s Representative on payments and progress, track project budget and buyout savings and organize closeout documents.•Responsible for all accounting duties, accounts payable and receivable, for UIP General Contracting, Inc and our subsidiary company UnitTurns, LLC.•Apply and obtain all necessary permits for construction.
