In September 2010, I received my Bachelor's of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix. I have worked on a variety of school projects such as residential, commercial, corporate, hospitality, and health care. Also, I am experienced in making presentation boards, presentation renderings, presentation elevations and perspectives, in the schematic design and design development phases. In May 2021, I received my CAD Application certificate (CCL) from Glendale Community College. While I do have a degree in Interior Design, I learned in my time in school that what I really liked was drawing construction documents. This is why I made the decision to go back to school to refresh my skills so I can be an architectural drafter/modeler. Architecture has always been an interest for me and I do love design, but I really want to draw.I am naturally a creative person with lots of ingenuity, and I desire to work in an environment where I can use those natural talents with the skills I have built. I have experience working with clients to obtain their vision and help them make decisions in my previous role at Dunn-Edwards as a Professional Paint Advisor. Not only did I assist customers with choosing colors, but I also provided computer renderings, color design help, color placement advice, and decorative finishes guidance.I have experience with working at a fast pace, wearing many different hats, meeting with various departments within the company to collaborate, maintaining day-to-day operations, all while meeting various deadlines for reporting data back to my superiors in my previous role at Freedom Financial Network as a Manager in Negotiations. At one point in time, I was responsible for 80+ employees in my department all while maintaining a certain standard of integrity.
