My role as your coach is to help you increase self awareness and self acceptance. Everything else flows from these two things. I create a safe space where you see yourself through different vantage points, and explore how you can grow into more of the person that you want to be. I believe that our identities play a big role in how we relate to our workplaces and our world, so we will work to create awareness around this and find ways to honor your identity. As your partner in this journey, I use assessments, interviews with relevant parties, and various coaching tools to guide us.
