Lead a program for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to learn soft skills for employment in a classroom setting and volunteer sites. Advocated for fair employment. Worked with minimal supervision to manage and maintain this program and volunteer sites.

I worked one on one and in a group setting with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a strong focus on education of daily livings skills, building rapport quickly, and strong written skills. I was promoted during this position after my first year from assistance teacher to lead teacher. I taught children of ages 2-3 and 5-6 years old. Valuable skills included lesson planning, collaboration, and being a quick learner.
