Full life cycle Recruiter providing consultative support to 20+ District Managers and 2 Regional Vice Presidents in several states including Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado & Missouri. • Support the recruitment process by partnering with our field leaders•Advertise open jobs utilizing social content, creative ad creation and maintenance, social media community engagement management•Research social media recruitment ideas• Identify and utilize niche sites to find passive candidates• Utilize resume databases to identify potential candidates• Conduct interviews with potential candidates and conduct selection processes• Work with field leaders to create hiring timeline for new restaurant openings• Promote Buffalo Wild Wings as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the company, culture, benefits, and growth opportunity• Partner with field partners on employment campaigns, job fairs and college events to meet business needs in acquiring talent• Attend regional & divisional meetings with our leaders to keep them up to date on how best to attract and retain talent
