About Tiffany T Fite

If I were to give a title to my life and career thus far, I say “Intentional.” Intention in finding meaningful careers in four disparate industries. Positions where I contribute, influence, and grow is where I thrive. Currently, I am intentionally studying for a Masters degree in Cultural Sociology at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic! Influencing culture, organizational change, and leadership development is my purpose. In my career, I act as a strategic partner to executives and employees in creating change plans at the program and organization level. I have the privilege of guiding individuals from where they are to where the organization needs them to be. My experience and Prosci® Certification allow me to build organizational change capability and resilience throughout organizations. Facilitation of change, soft skills, and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion training further builds leadership competencies in those I lead. Organizational Change Center of Excellence leadership and mentoring are my chosen occupational extracurricular activities. I am an insight enthusiast – I cultivate personal, business and societal insights to develop. CliftonStrengths® describes me as an “Activator - energized, not paralyzed, by opportunities and possibilities.” Emergenetics® shows my primary thinking preference as “Conceptual.” With this preference, I acquire information from my environment and am empathic, imaginative, and intuitive about ideas and people.Intention led me to a brief career pause to travel full-time with my family (2014-2016). We traveled the United States in an RV (caravan) while learning and volunteering. Valuing experiences, I volunteered as a period costumed docent at the Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm at LBJ State Park & Historic Site. Curiosity led me to work as a Field Interviewer for the fascinating 2016 American National Elections Study (ANES). Outside of work and traveling everywhere possible, I spend my time on hiking trails, learning through books and podcasts, collecting and curating the stories of our elders, or moderating community depolarization workshops as a Citizen Moderator with Braver Angels. I enjoy the breadth and depth of life through adventure and intention. My guiding vision is to improve myself and add value to others. How can I add value to you?
