The live event industry was brought to a standstill by the pandemic making live events, communication, and face to face networking practically obsolete, making virtual and hybrid events the new normal.The biggest issues organizations have with their hybrid events is engagement, production values, and technology. I can fix that.With more than 20 years in education, I know a lot about performance, delivery, and pressure! I know a lot about communication, technology, and inclusion-- and how even the smallest of adjustments can result in big wins. In 2005, I had the privilege to be awarded a full scholarship conducting a scientifically backed Action Research by utilizing adaptive technology in the classroom to measure learning gains. What I didn’t realize at the time, was that this research was the beginning of adaptive hybrid and STEM technology and awarded me the opportunity to work with NASA STEM Programs.
