Project Engineer on bp GoM program providing brownfield EPC services to upgrade and extend bp facilities in the Gulf of Mexico.- Manage upstream hydrocarbon projects & modifications across four (4) bp assets. - Responsible for developing cost, time and resources estimates. - Lead kick-off meetings, design and constructability reviews, interactive planning sessions and participate in risk assessments and HAZOPs/HAZIDs. - Develop basis of design, project execution plans, and total installed cost (TIC) proposals. - Primary point of contact for customer and vendor interaction with project team. - Provide support to develop baseline schedule and provide schedule updates. - Develop project impact notifications and project change requests to assess impact on cost and schedule for project

Report directly to the Senior Vice President, Location Manager - Houston as a member of the leadership team providing full support with all activities related to achieving the company’s strategic and operational goals.- Oversee location strategy process and report out quarterly, or on an as needed basis and engage with global strategy team. - Support location manager and business unit general managers to develop and maintain the business unit and performance unit strategies. - Strategy development and execution including business plans, business reviews, risk workshops and project delivery- Develop strategy report and blue-sky tracker tool. - Develop input for monthly CEO board report. - Provide location commentary for the Location Reporting Pack and, on a quarterly basis, the Quarterly Business Report - Manage input of initiatives into Integrator tool for Worley Core Performance.- Attend all monthly Worley project reviews to take notes and track action items for input into monthly operations debrief. - Support Project Operations in developing the monthly operations debrief presentation.- Responsible for overseeing employee networks including their budgets, approval of expenses, approval of activities, assigning KPIs, etc. - Coordination and involvement in leading certain internal initiatives (e.g. value creation, re-branding, facility upgrades, tool implementation, etc.). - Provide support to Business Manager and Assurance teams in office-related matters as a change manager. - Act as the Houston Office Communications Champion and participate in the Champion network. - Work in partnership with regional communications lead to create location communications strategy
