Les Bois merged with Mountain American CU, allowing me to keep my original hire date.I started as an MEO 1 in 2015 and was promoted to an MEO 2 and 3 throughout the years before becoming an assistant manager in October of 2019.

My responsibilities include providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on credit union products, services, policies and procedures. Balance cash drawer at the end of shift. Maintain a neat and well stocked work area. Identify members needs and cross sell. Balance vault and perform vault processes. Open accounts and review paperwork to make sure they are set up correctly. Close member accounts. Pull closed account report and file closed signature cards and draft agreements. Scan daily work and member documents for branch. Open night drop and deposit transactions. Place order for money, balance and fill CDM weekly. Complete weekly and monthly inventory and place order for branch supplies.

My responsibilities included billing customer invoices, collecting on past due accounts, working with contractors and setting up their concrete pump needs, dispatching pump trucks to multiple job sites in a fast paced environment. I also planned the company Christmas and retirement parties.

My responsibilities included gathering patient benefit information and billing for services rendered for a three partner practice. Going over patient treatment plans and explaining insurance benefits to patients. Scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls to insurance companies, collections, filing, pulling patient files and developing x-rays. I also assisted in working expo shows.
