For more than 20 years, what inspires me most in my work is the ability to innovate on behalf of my customers and make a positive difference – from developing new digital marketing initiatives that connect customers to compelling brand stories and products to uncovering growth opportunities through experimentation to optimizing and scaling workstreams based on those key learnings. I started my career in local media, reporting news online during a time when online news portals started to supersede print. Since then, I have been obsessed with engaging customers though digital marketing and joined the tech start-up scene. I held leadership roles at digital media start-ups focused on evangelizing brand value through producing rich content stories on emerging platforms. I also became obsessed with program value and developed expertise in audience and ROI attribution, eventually joining a media measurement company to advise technology companies on the efficacy of their digital strategies. In my current role, I am thrilled to continue my innovation journey through leading a team to develop new customer engagement and growth marketing opportunities for brands. In addition, I value and cultivate an empathetic, inclusive and inspiring vision within my team and workplace.
