I support the pharmacy prior authorization team under supervision of clinical pharmacist and pharmacy director in all functional areas to include, but not limited to: quality assurance, staff training, formulary management & implementation, clinical criteria development, and process improvement. I maintain a close relationship with the PBM account executive and clinical advisors to implement formulary changes, formulary coding updates, clinical criteria updates, and software changes.
