I strategize, execute, and manage the membership plan of over 500 students which includes; regular promotional and informative digital newsletters sent via email, periodical internal leisure activities with students and their guardians that support more of the core values of the academy, gradual increase of exposure to regional and national competitions and engagements with other organizations and academies. I supervise and contribute to the content creation and social media management for the academy's social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram. I handle the academy website, including regular postings of articles I author. I actively respond to queries via emails, WhatsApp, and calls. I do the bookkeeping and manage the monthly payroll via WPS. I safekeep confidential files, records, and databases of the academy. I do the inventories and coordinate with the supplier of all materials needed for regular and occasional storage. I establish company protocols and guidelines aligned with the periodical evaluation of the coaches' performance and circumstances faced by the team to prevent the same inconveniences in the future. Facilitate student workshops that focus on techniques, conditioning, and overall performance improvement. I assume teaching responsibilities for private and group classes during emergencies and surge of enrollees. I specifically do coaching for Poomsae competitions. I regularly deal with and negotiate with clients and potential clients daily.
