• Heavy interaction with operations, senior management and clients to establish client requirements per project, internal management reporting, information flow, processes and controls.• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial documents and participating in WIP reviews of all projects with senior management. • Assist all levels of project management and staff to coordinate project setup, compliance with accounting procedures and controls to ensure proper staffing, timely billing, cost reporting and payroll.• Hire, train, manage and mentor project accounting, timekeeping and administration staff. • Prepare quarterly and annual business plan and analyze variances. • Planning, implementing, improving, monitoring and supporting project controls and accounting functions throughout industrial companies and in compliance with client requirements.• Travel as requested and needed by management to facilitate review of processes, aid in training, and communicate effectively with other employees or clients.• Creating and maintaining working relationships across multiple interal companies & demonstrating the ability to establish camaraderie, assist with accounting, cost and general IT functions.• Analyze existing data to create system generated reports to provide accurate input and output from Viewpoint.
