It’s not just about the customer or the carrier- as a broker, we are the glue that binds them together. We have to treat them both equally and with respect. I could never drive a truck for a living and I make sure when I talk to our drivers to thank them for their service. Without them, nothing would get delivered. They are some of America’s hardest working men and women out there. Keeps me humble and Thankful to be a part of this great industry. When it comes to our customers, we are not looking to sprint a race, but to run a marathon with them. In other words, I am not looking to make a big amount of money one time, I would rather make a small amount over time and have your business and relationship that goes with it.
