His team is made up of specialists that work to niche verticals – Development, Projects, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence and Senior Executive. The key to the team’s success is their network of candidates and the ability to consistently provide resource within budget and deadlines. With the Contract Division currently supplying in to Telecommunications, Banking, Utilities, Professional Services, Government and some of Australia’s most well known brands, Sirius Technology has a strong presence in the Australian market.Tai joined Sirius Technology in August 2007 where he started in a development desk with the focus on Microsoft and Java J2EE. Tai was well supported by the management team and soon became a successful consultant delivering in to some of Sydney’s most sought after clients. Tai was soon promoted to Development Lead where was responsible for the training and mentoring of two consultants of who have since become part of Sirius Technology’s top billers. Tai's continual professional development has seen him become part of Sirius Technology's senior management team and an integral part of their growth plans. Prior to Sirius Technology Tai was responsible for a sales team in Fitness First's largest Health Club in NSW. Having been promoted as a Membership Consultant he was soon responsible for the P&L and day to day running of the club. Tai spent 3 years with Fitness First before leaving them in 2005 to move to London in the UK and then to Connecticut in the US.
