-Manage staff of ten enlisted sailors to maintain efficiency of military payment, travel, and acquisition.-Execute operations to ensure senior pilots and Junior Officers at NASC are properly compensated. -Coordinate communication amongst multiple sources around the country to resolve payment conflict. -Convey vital information with upper management to resolve relocation payment issues. -Implement financial remediation and advocate for computer system overrides when necessary. -Utilize experiences in mediation and strategic problem solving to alleviate stressful personnel situations.

-Selected as a pilot amongst a competitive pool of candidates. -Apply knowledge of aviation to complete Initial Flight Screening in 13 hours; quicker than average.-Studied aerodynamics, weather, aerial navigation and flight rules and regulations. -Completed 14 hours of flight time and one solo flight in a Cessna 172.

-Established and managed USNA outreach programs for recruiting civilian applicants. -Chosen within the department as liaison and point person between Midshipmen and Senior Officers.-Led team of five Officers in execution of daily public relations using phone and email communication. -Processed travel reimbursement claims of outreach personnel.-Traveled to St. Louis, Phoenix, Miami, and Greater Annapolis to speak about my experience at USNA.-Represented USNA in front of 15,000 candidates and families in homes, conferences, and schools. -Responsible for reviewing applicant files and sending special recommendations to the Dean.-Identified 100 candidates for consideration; achieved success in that 95% were offered admission.-Assisted in the systematic and mail-related processing of 200 civilians accepted into the USNA.
