BASIC DUTIES* Supervise and follow up the work of project accountants.*Check and approve accounting records and review the financial documents.* Review reconciliation and ensure proper recording of correcting and adjusting entries.* Check and follow up periodic reports to management and donors in accordance with statutory requirements, donors agreements and other internal rules and policies.* Prepare year-end Consolidated Development Financial Reports in line with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, donors agreements and other internal rules and policies. Facilitate review of such reports by internal audit, external audit and other users.* Provide necessary financial information to donors, assist partners while making assessments on the organization’s financial systems.

BASIC DUTIES* Makes sure that all payments are made following approval from the designated officials.* Ensures that established internal control systems are consistently applied.* Follow up on the status of advances and ensure timely settlement.* Follow up and supervise accuracy and proper documentation of cash receipts, payment voucher, journal vouchers and other financial documents which are handled by the project accountants.* Prepare Bank reconciliation, check budget code and record transactions to the accounting system.

BASIC DUTIES* Proper handling and follow up of the book of accounts of the Company.* Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to the management and other external users.* Analyze various financial accounts and records to check authenticity.* Check and approve financial documents prepared by the accountants, and review the overall performances of the staffs under my supervision. * Prepare cost analysis reports for the merchandising and the manufacturing goods.* Prepare year-end consolidated financial statement of the Company.

BASIC DUTIES* Prepare external audit engagement letters and any subsequent modifications for approval by the manager. * Undertake compliance and substantive audit tests on public enterprises, governmentaland non-governmental organizations.* Prepare reports on of the external audit assignment in accordance with the provisions ofthe firm.* Assist on administrative works and consultancy engagements.
