Revenue Accountant ensuring Bloomberg products have the revenue recognition properly recorded; analyzing revenue trends; identifying anomalies; and preparing reports for the business CFO. Staying up to date with accounting standards and regulations, such as ASC 606, and ensuring the company adheres to them. Providing audit support, both internal and external, to validate the accuracy of reported revenue. Managing deferred revenue and ensuring it is recognized when it becomes earned. Additional responsibilities include managing other global indirect tax expenses, VAT, budgeting, and forecasting.

After gaining deep experience across Accounting operations at Bloomberg, I leveraged my responsibilities to include the telecom entity as well. My duties included performing the month-end and quarter-end close; P&L and B/S analysis; monthly reconciliation between USGAAP and Local GAAP/IFRS; managing around 40,000 fixed assets and lease contracts; ownership for posting all accounting processes, such as accruals, intercompany, payroll, revenue and expense operations, cost plus and transfer pricing; direct taxes calculation; Financial statement preparation; and other ad-hoc and special projects.

After supporting and implementing the local accounting and direct tax department in Brazil as a Scrum Master, I became the accountant responsible for the holding company. My responsibilities included managing 40,000 fixed assets, performing monthly reconciliation between USGAAP and BRGAAP, and budgeting and forecasting for Finance and Accounting projects/expenses.

Responsible for managing the activities of the Coordinator of Control and Maintenance Planning, Tires Controller and multifunctional team of twelve people; Conduct internal audit demanded by the Financial Board; Analyze and report operational results to the Operational Board, managing continuously improvement actions; Analyze and report operational consumption to the Cost Control Manager; Manage and report operational anomalies to Traffic Manager; Leading discipline commission of drivers and evaluate conduct report, determining preventive and corrective actions; Analysing and approving technical details on the acquisition of new vehicles; Analyze operational processes of the headquarters and branches, reporting and managing improvements along with the HR Partner.

Responsible for coordinating the activities of the maintenance control assistant; analyze monthly operating consumption of the fleet; Report abnormal consumption, unavailability and defects of the fleet to the Maintenance Manager; Monitor effectiveness of the actions reported to the Maintenance Management; Manage and report vehicle defects in guarantee with the assembler; Manage outsourced services; Develop and control preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Responsible for control the maintenance for over than 500 vehicles; Check the real needs of the materials requested by warehouse; Conduct quotation of parts and materials; Analyzing and issuing purchase order; Enter purchase order in the system for payment.

Issue and close order of preventive and corrective services; Enter the consumption of fuel and lubricants; Issue monthly service order for vehicles with high fuel consumption.
