-Coordinating and managing the projects planned by the Head of the Department -Ensuring compliance with internal disciplinary rules of all the specialists in the department -Maintaining quality service by monitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems-Developing and submitting recommendations to the Head of the Department regarding the effectiveness of both; the staff and work efficiency -Responsibility of decision making in case of arising problems or any malfunctions of the department -Making weekly/monthly reports about the work efficiency of the department and presenting the issues and the ways they are being resolved-Interactively working with "Security Dream" business intelligence software, creating dashboards and charts via Excel-Reporting about the status of the projects -Performing other instructions of supervisors when needed and substituting them in their absence -Listening to the recommendations of the team and maintaining the healthy environment -Ensure full compliance with all the controls requirements and company policies
