A volunteer position: Organized, planned & managed three-day statewide conference in Troy, MI. Acted as programming chairperson from 2003-2006 overseeing all workshops & programming for the weekend conference

• Managed all aspects of material planning and logisticsprojects on site at the Ford Van Dyke Plant for NLM’s supply chain division

• Created and implemented various business process critical systems for NLM’s largest customer:
• critical parts follow-up process of synchronous material flow marketplaces monitoring over 500 individual part numbers for three transmission product lines that alleviated all instances of line downtime due to part.
• comprehensive returnable container program for 150 North American suppliers that ensured suppliers shipped as specified
• kitting program that supplies 25% of the purchased parts (approximately 10,000 kits daily representing 150 separate part numbers with model complexity)
• managed annual inventory value in excess of $100 million
• select fit parts management program that alleviated 100% of all downtime and air charters due to part shortages

Handled all administrative duties including designing customer presentations, composing critical correspondence, tracking and organizing all legal and contract information
