Customer Experience;- Follow up with and respond to all customers’ enquiries sent via through all channels (WhatsApp, call, email and inbox message) to ensure their experience is pleasant and memorable and mediate any situations that may have escalated - Continuously streamline customers issues and build efficient SOP to address them time-efficiently in a way that maximise customer satisfaction - Relay customer’s feedback/asks to Product Team and helped improve customer experience by building new features sitting on /account- Work closely with Marketing team to help communicate on new products such as theme boxes, send announcements to customers to maximise retention Operation;- Manage a team of up to 15 stylists’s schedule to optimise week on week capacity- Ensure Premium customers’ requests are passed on to stylists- Work on the floor to identify restocking needs and request refill from our brand partners where and as needed - Manage fulfilment end to end process from printing shipping/return labels, to sorting items by order, overseeing packing by go getters and getting orders by the doorRevenue Collection;- Responsible for tracking revenue and working closely with founder to drive initiatives that will deliver target monthly revenue - Document, monitor and collect revenues from customers who pay by bank transfers or were granted instalments arrangements- Work closely with third party partners (Ninjavan, Collect Co) to ensure we turn around orders within 10 days and minimise working capital requirement

- Be the single point of contact for agents regarding product and process-related inquiries.- Be the contact point for escalations and complaints including attending to customers that are proving to be difficult to team members and resolve their complaints.- Ensures tasks delegation and assignments are done on a daily basis- Supports Team Leader and performs management duties when Team Leader is absent or out of office.

- Providing customer service via LiveChat and calls for all inquiries- In charge of Return Delay cases for customer who late return the car to avoid big cases such as car missing/ car not at zone- Perform preemptive task such as providing car replacement for issue cars, informing customer on unaccepted delivery service, etc

- In charge of emails and calls regarding inquiry, quotation, promo for in charge properties- Updating data entries for different properties using IDB, Guest Centrix and IFCA- Responsible to charge credit card for prepayment bookings, deposit posting in system, daily cashier closing- Assisting Sales team to check the room availability, ensure they meet cut off date - Update group status for group blocking and creating all rate codes for group booking

A 2-months contract as project-based for Malaysia's Mitsubishi Asian Children's Enikki Festa under Kakiseni. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure we receive KIP for the contestants.- Filtering and shortlisting the potential winning entries- Assisting in planning, and executing the competition's judgement day- In charge for the F&B for all judges- Do compilation for all entries, segregating the winning entries and do final process of sending the entries to Mitsubishi Japan
